- Kristin PavliscakOct, 03 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff was friendly (besides the doctor that laughed at my injury of a severely sprained ankle) but the issues after my visit are what I had a problem with.
They decided to not bill my insurance until over 6 months after my appointment. When I visited in July I had dual insurance, but by the time they billed it in January I only had one. They tried charging me a couple hundred dollars for something that I normally would not have a co-pay for, or only a $10-20 co-pay. They battled with my insurance for several months and finally they said it was all taken care of.
That was false. I have just now settled this issue that took 2 years longer than it should have. Do not go here unless you want a long financial battle.
